I'M MARRIED and more...

Yup, another long time, no blog. But to catch up. Megan and I are MARRIED!!!! We did get married on June 18th, 2008 in the Rexburg Temple. It was pretty small. Her family and my family, a few scattered aunts, uncles and cousins. We have a get lunch afterwards in the gardens at BYU-Idaho.

Then we took off for Yellowstone for a few days. That was fun being able to take Megan there for our honeymoon, since she hadn't been since she was little. We also canoed the river just down the road from our cabin. We then flew to Connecticut and spent 5 days there where we had a reception there. It was really nice. We were able to show a slide show and have our first dance. Megan tossed her bouquet off of the balcony at the mansion where we held it. Here's a little video on how that went. If you can't tell, at the end of the video, that's Mollie walking away from the group, all embarrassed. she dodged the bouquet and it hit the ground, hard. We also went to New
York City while we were out there. I had never been to the City, so that was also fun. I got to see the Statue of Liberty, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, the Empire State Bldg., Time Square and so much more. We packed it in all in one day. I have to saw that if I was going to live out east Connecticut would be the furthest south that I would go. After CT we went down to VA to see my grandmom. That is where I decided to live no where south of CT. It was so humid in VA. It was really good to see my grandmom though. I hadn't seen here for 10 or 11 years. After that we flew back to Salt Lake and drove back to Provo (kinda depressing). We had a few more days just to our selves and then back to work (lame). We did have a fun weekend this weekend though. We spent the 4th of July with Kyle and his roommate Josh. We had a "bar-b-q" and then ate some smores over the grill. Then we went up toward the "Y" to watch the fireworks from the BYU stadium. That was a fun way to spend the 4th with my newly found wife. After the fire works we went back to Kyle's and played with sparklers. That turned out to be really fun as we captured some cool shots with our cameras.

So, it's been amazing being married to such a wonderful woman. She is the best thing that's happened to me. I'll love her 'til death and the forever after that.
